What the contact form collects
The form collects the name, email address, and business or workflow details you choose to submit. Web-server and security logs may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, and submission time.
Why the information is used
The information is used to review your request, understand whether the research sprint or subsequent implementation work is a fit, respond to you, prevent abuse, and protect the website. It is not used to enroll you in an unrelated marketing list.
Where the message goes
Contact-form submissions are forwarded through a server-side webhook to a private Discord channel used to review inquiries. This means Discord processes the submitted information as a service provider and may process it outside Nepal under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
The website uses essential Laravel session and security cookies for form protection and Livewire functionality. No advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies are currently configured by this application.
Retention and sharing
There is currently no automated deletion schedule for contact messages. A message may remain in the private Discord channel until it is manually deleted. Submitted information is not sold; it is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and handle the inquiry.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of a contact-form message by emailing [email protected] from the same address used in the submission. Reasonable identity verification may be required before information is disclosed or deleted.
