Pratik Kuikel

I’m a technical founder and software engineer based in Nepal. I build software products and business systems end to end—where engineering, product, infrastructure, and real operations meet.

I like difficult problems, small teams, and systems that remove unnecessary work. Most of my time goes into automation, optimization, and making complicated things feel obvious to the people using them.

I co-founded Byte Encoder, where I work as CTO. I’m currently building Batuly, a business operating platform shaped by the messy details of how companies actually run.
